This is a complete set of cards edited by Impel USA dedicated to the National Safe Kids campaign.- the collection appeared only in the USA. The packets were available on Halloween 1991, and were intended as gifts alongside sweets for the little ones. All the 36 cards offered are in excellent condition, “mint”, and just as any US collection, it did not have an official album, So they were added in sheets with Ultra Pro pockets.

The collection is composed of 6 subsets, for each subset 6 cards are dedicated to a specific cartoon/comic series:

A. Nintendo
Two Zelda II - The Adventure of Link cards and four Super Mario cards.

B. Inspector Gadget
Six cards with Inspector Gadget, the famous cartoon from the 80s.

C. Widget
6 cards with the alien Widget.

D. Universal Monsters
Monsters from Universal studio films, we find the cards: Dracula, Frankenstein, The Bride of Frankenstein, Wolf Man, The Mummy, The Thing

E. Marvel
We see the following heroes: Wolverine, Ghost Rider, She-Hulk, Spider-Man, Hulk, Captain America.

F. Archie
6 cards dedicated to the Archie character from American comics.
