New Theme - Windows XP

Inspired by the Old Computer Challenge, I created a new theme for the website and it’s now default for the month of July, based on the default Luna Windows XP theme. Yes, the taskbar should have been interactive, but it’s too hot outside and I got lazy. However, this theme has an easter egg. Let me know if you find it ;)
