Today was a chill Sunday so it meant we went out for a drive and walk, so we decided to go up the Prahova Valley, even though the road could be filled with cars. Lady Luck smiled on us, and the road was clear so we arrived really fast to Sinaia, and we chose to visit the Peleș Castle, but because all visiting slots were taken and we didn’t book tickets in advance, we went and saw the smaller Pelișor Castle.

After the visit and a stroll around in the castle’s yard, we went for a slice of pizza (the other traditional Romanian food) and then we went to the Sinaia Train Station and then towards Bușteni, to see the Cantacuzino Castle, who is now more famous to morons because it’s the filming location of the first season of the series Wednesday.

After that, we went to our favourite place, the Paltinu Dam for a wind down before going back home. Photo dump below.
