Popesti-Leordeni - 2000 vs 2021

The main idea of this small project is to show the difference in urbanisation, construction and over-population of a former crop field on the south-east vicinity of Bucharest, the capital of Romania. The two images compared are from October 2000 and October 2021. While this was originally written in 2017, I’ve updated the photos in January 2022 as I was available to get better ones.

Built with jQuery, and photos were taken using Google Earth Pro for Mac
