Now it’s 1995, Leia Forman is visiting her grandparents for the summer where she bonds with a new generation of Point Place, WI, kids under the watchful eye of Kitty and the stern glare of Red.

While it benefits a lot from the cameo appearances of the original teenagers, the main lifting of the series is the grandparents couple of Red and Kitty. The show is pretty light, it’s pretty funny and it tries to blend the “Disney Channel” comedy for the youngsters with some elements of That ’70s Show. Some people already are review-bombing this without seeing. Or maybe these fellas forgot about That ’80s Show. Anyway, this is a pretty quick watch, 10 episodes at 30-ish minutes each and packs a lot of fun and I don’t think it’s wasted time. Four popcorns and a bottle of 90s Coca-Cola.
