One of the best Romanian movies, something akin to “Lock, Stock..” with a lot of funny scenes and many quotes that entered pop culture. I think this is the cRomanian movie that gets closest to the status of “cult movie”. Six popcorns, I loved to re-watch this after more than 15 years.
