In the 1950s, Elizabeth Zott’s dream of being a scientist is challenged by a society that says women belong in the domestic sphere; she accepts a job on a TV cooking show and sets out to teach a nation of housewives way more than recipes.
Excellent little miniseries, well written, with a lot of good drama and also a ton of great actors next to Brie Larsson, like Lewis Pullman and Aja Naomi King. Loved to see the great appearances of Marc Evan Jackson, Rainn Wilson and Kevin Sussman in some roles away from the classic sitcoms. All in all, it’s a brilliant little mini series and it’s a good watch. Six popcorns and jumps into the Movie Vault
