A Formula One driver comes out of retirement to mentor and team up with a younger driver.
Made by Joseph Kosinski, this is basically Top Gun with Formula 1 cars. The story is passable, the classic old tale of a has-been turning things around for a young blood team mate. However, the special effects and F1 footage are top notch and make this for a very enjoyable watch. Sure, it’s far from the all-great classics like Grand Prix or Le Mans, but it’s a good watch. Six popcorns and goes into the Movie Vault.
