Because I managed to get a second batch of these photodiscs, I decided not to create an in-depth post about them, but to update the existing article. Here I will only feature the new photos and the new additions to the collection and the recording of these new discs posted separately, but you can find the entire collection in the main article. CIP 01 is the first computer in the CIP series and was produced at Electronica Bucharest in 1988. The name CIP comes from Calculator pentru Instruire Programabil (Programmable Computer for Education) and was designed to be used in primary, secondary and higher education. It’s a Sinclair Spectrum clone, so programs and games written for it should run smoothly on the CIP 01.

Complete card set edited by Krone USA, dedicated to the successful magazine Garfield. Very rare collection, appeared only in the USA and like most of the collections published in the USA, the cards did not benefit from an official album, but it has a fan made album with dedicated covers.

This is a complete set of cards edited by Impel USA dedicated to the National Safe Kids campaign.- the collection appeared only in the USA. The packets were available on Halloween 1991, and were intended as gifts alongside sweets for the little ones.

Released mostly for the Spanish market, this collection somehow made its way to Romania in 1998, which was a good thing. I managed to collect a lot of these stickers, but until 2017 or so, I didn’t have an album. Through the magic of the Internet, I was able to track an album for purchase and also some unopened packets (like a hundred or so).

This album was the natural follow-up of Merlin Calcio 98, featuring the best Serie A players, important transfers, and new players. It set up the hype for the (then) upcoming 1998-1999 season. This is a short collection, only 206 stickers + four specials (on the poster), so it was fairly easy to complete by the allowance of a 14 year boy.

Between all the models out there, I eventually chose an Olivetti Lettera 32, a classic typewriter that was first introduced in 1963 and quickly gained popularity among writers, journalists and office workers for its durability, ease of use and sleek Italian design, earning a reputation for one of the most iconic typewriters of the 20th century, along with her older sister, the Lettera 22.
